At SCIBINAR, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer refunds for our courses and webinars under certain conditions, as outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of your purchase. For courses, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course content. For live webinars, refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@scibinar.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and process it within 5-7 business days if it meets the eligibility criteria.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including:
- Courses that have been fully completed or for which a certificate has been issued.
- Purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
- Team or enterprise plan subscriptions, which are subject to a separate agreement.
